Join this early morning trip to the east side of Bali. Lempuyang Temple is one of the six most important temples in Bali, revered for its spiritual significance. Located on the slopes of Mount Lempuyang, 600 meters (2,000 ft) above sea level, it offers a unique and sacred atmosphere. The temple is part of a complex with stunning views of Mount Agung, the highest volcano in Bali. The iconic “Gate of Heaven” provides an excellent photo opportunity with the majestic mountain as a backdrop.
Next, you’ll visit the Tirta Gangga Water Palace, where you can enjoy the tranquil beauty of pools, fountains, and gardens. The centerpiece is a grand eleven-tiered fountain surrounded by koi-filled ponds. After a local lunch with a scenic rice field view, head to Tukad Cepung Waterfall, a hidden gem where the sunlight creates beautiful beams through a small cave. End the day at Tegalalang Rice Terrace, known for its lush landscapes and the famous jungle swing.
